Your first follow-up consultation is scheduled three weeks after the initial consultation and will go for approximately 60mins. After this, follow up appointments are recommended every 4-6 weeks (depending on your case) in order to monitor your progress and make changes to your treatment plan as required.

Initial Consultation (60-90min) $165
During your Initial Consultation I will ask what feels like A LOT of questions about your medical history, family history, health concerns and presenting symptoms. I use this time to really get to know you so we can find the root cause of your underlying health complaints and come up with a tailor made treatment plan which is specifically designed for you.
Your treatment plan may include; nutritional or herbal supplementation, individualised herbal medicine, diet and lifestyle recommendations and a referral for further pathology testing (if necessary).

Acute Consultations (15mins) $35
Have a cold, cough or flu and need an immune boost? My quick 15 minute consultations are designed for short-term/acute conditions such as; mild burns, coughs, colds, flu and other acute issues. During these unprecedented times, Acute Consultations will also be available to those who are struggling with mental stress/burn out/anxiety and would like some initial support / guidance on helping to tone down your struggles.
Acute consultations for immune and mental health are a great way to receive advice on what you personally might benefit from and what may be a contraindication to medications you are currently on. All treatment plans will also outline some basic nutritional advice.
In this consultations your acute symptoms are discussed and the treatment is aimed to provide symptomatic care only.
